My Stage 2 doctorate with the British Psychological Society (BPS) in addition included assessed consultancy work, intervention development and delivery, and teaching. 03 therapeutic approaches
Approaches I use in my clinical practice include autogenic training (a mind-body strategy designed to induce relaxation & homeostatic self-regulation through a form of self-suggestion), and other approaches such as ACT & CBT which can be used in an integrative way by working collaboratively with you to address specific issues, set goals, or support you in adjusting to living with a chronic health condition. Please feel free to contact me for a free 15-minute consultation to see how I may be able to help. I can consult in English or Dutch.
